Roles & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for achieving the organic growth of the company and its business. He/she is responsible for achieving the agreed revenues and work cordially in the entire BD team. The Business Development Manager is responsible for:
• Making presentations to clients, organizing site visits, preparing and submitting price proposals to clients
• Identifying new areas / industries for new business development
• Assisting the team in organising Market Research
• Assisting in Sales presentation to prospects.
• Executing the directives issued by the Sr. Management.
• Providing the Sr. Management with Market and Customer intelligence.
• Coordinating, executing and promoting Networking with external and internal clients.
• Assisting in Developing the Business in line with the agreed budgets
• New Client Acquisition and retention of existing clients
• Expanding the scope of work from existing clients
• Executing day to day Sales Activities etc
• Ensuring smooth transition from BD team to Operations team
• Preparing contract documents, RFPs and RFQs
• Ensuring timely submission of tenders, quotations and bid documents
Education- Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate/MBA
Experience: 2-6 yrs experience Hospitality, Airlines, and Retail, Preferably in Facility Management Services.
Compensation - 4 to 5 LPA

• Candidates having experience of concept selling will be preferred.
• Candidates from sectors like Telecom, IT, Insurance, Media, FMCG and Medical/ Pharmaceutical will be preferred.
• We will prefer candidates from Mobile handset/LP/Laptop/FMCG Channel sales people
