Job Description :
1. Budgets & Forecasting – forecasting reports and anticipated expense reports annual budgets.
2. Mapping of Expenses – expense management
3. Financial Reporting- Preparing MIS
4. Cash Flow Management
5. Implementing Internal Controls
6. Management Reporting and Advising in Decision Making
7. Process Improvements
8. Reviewing the various input reports to upload and process payroll through our ADP system.
9. Manage biweekly and monthly disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits and taxes with government labor and statutory laws.
10. Processing timely and accurately, bi weekly and monthly payroll for the US staff and 1099 consultants.
11. To prepare and review Federal and different states Income Tax Returns (USA) for Individuals (1040), Partnership Firms (1065), S Corporations (1120S), Corporations (1120) and Trusts (1041) on various softwares like Lacerte, Profax TX, ATX and Proseries
12. Communicate actively and promptly with Operations, HR and other departments to seek information and clarifications.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Must have completed CA preferably with CPA.
2. Handled US Tax Software’s like Lacerte, ATX, ProSystem Fx and QuickBooks (Accounting Package).
3. Must have good experience in Finalizing books of Accounts.
4. Prior US payroll processing experience will be an added advantage.
5. Willingness to work in flexible sifts.
6. Internet search savvy.
Experience : 4-7 years (pref 2 years in US accounting)
Salary : 35k - 45k p.m.(can be negotiable for perfect candidate)
